To provide an impregnated dyed woody composite board which shows a desired surface color using a cheap material and is easily finish-worked or repair-worked after installation.

The impregnated dyed woody composite board (1) is structured of many woody materials (2) of a planar or granular split shape which are stacked to a specified thickness and fixed together in one piece through an adhesive. The woody material (2a) of at least a surface layer (1a) is fixed integrally with the woody material (2b) of a core layer part (1b) through the adhesive after dyeing with a specified dye.
