Abstract:

To provide a method for forming a pharmaceutical composition having improved solubility.SOLUTION: A method of making a pharmaceutical composition comprises: (a) providing an active pharmaceutical ingredient and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients including a non-polymeric lubricant; and (b) processing the materials of step (a) using thermal processing or solvent evaporation, wherein the processing of the active pharmaceutical ingredient and the one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients including a non-polymeric lubricant forms an amorphous pharmaceutical composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
