PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage of a cable by providing a repeating terminal board outside a floor having an earthquake-proof structure and wiring a cable between an apparatus on the floor and the terminal board with an excessive length.
CONSTITUTION: Earthquake-proof floors 1 are supported by foundation sections 2 of each floor of a building through earthquake-proofing devices 3. A wiring supporting member 9 is fitted to each floor 1 and a cable 7 is connected to a computer 11 on the floor 1 by means of the member 9. A repeating terminal board 4 is provided on the foundation section 2 of each floor of the building. The cable 7 is connected to the repeating terminal board with an excessive length so that the relative displacement between the earthquake-proof floor 1 and the foundation section 2 of each floor of the building can be absorbed by the cable 7.
