Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mortar pump capable of discharging even viscous mortar at a constant rate with no pressure loss.
CONSTITUTION: In this mortar pump, a suction/compression cylinder 29, a hydraulic cylinder 10 and a push-feeding/storing chamber cylinder 30 are arranged in line from an outlet 4 of a hopper 1, while a mortar passage 11a is formed in the hydraulic cylinder 10. Accordingly, because mortar is sucked and discharged in line, even the mortar having large viscosity is discharged at a constant rate with a small pressure loss.
