Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an in-line screw type plasticization injection device capable of preventing breakage of a long fiber reinforcing material.
CONSTITUTION: In an in-line screw type plasticization injection device for thermoplastic resin containing a long fiber reinforcing material such as GF, a melted resin passage 34 is constituted of a hollow heating cylinder 12, a small type shaft 24 provided at the back of a screw head 20, a wear plate 22 which functions as a valve seat provided at the back of the small type shaft 24, and an annular check ring 26 which is idly embedded around the small type shaft 24 and reciprocating between the screw head 20 and the wear plate 22 in the space between the small type shaft 24 and the heating cylinder 12. The melted resin passage 34 ranging from the wear plate 22 to the screw head 20 is not curved acutely.
