Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the joined body of heat-resistant alloy excellent in electrical insulation, high-temp. strength, normal-temp. strength and heat resistance cycle property.
CONSTITUTION: The opposed surfaces of the heat-resistant alloy sheets or foils 2 with an oxide film formed on the surface, as required, are joined with a multiple oxide 3 having 800-1400°C m.p. to obtain the joined body 1 of the heat- resistant alloy. The multiple oxide 3 is placed on the joining part of the alloy sheet or foil 2, another alloy sheet or foil 2 is put on the joining part, and the assembly is heated to a temp. of 9/10 of the m.p. of the multiple oxide 3 to produce the joined body 1.
