PURPOSE: To provide the in-vehicle sound field automatic correcting system for a liestener to listen to music or the like with a balanced sound field at all times even when a seat or a seat back is moved.

CONSTITUTION: When the seat back of a right front seat where the listener sits down is set forward rather than a standard position, for example, position deviation between seat back upper part and a left front seat back upper part is detected by a seat position detecting means 1 and corresponding to this position deviation, a driving means 2 turns sound direction panels 8L and 8R toward the seat back of the right front seat and outputs sounds from rear left and right speakers 11 and 12 toward the seat back of the right front seat so as to balance the sound field.
