Abstract:
To provide an in-vehicle system and the like capable of improving the diagnostic accuracy of a battery.SOLUTION: The in-vehicle system for diagnosing a battery installed in a vehicle is provided with a discharge processing unit that performs detection discharge, which is discharge processing for detecting deterioration of the battery, in response to a predetermined request; a deriving unit that derives an internal resistance value of the battery based on a result of the detection discharge performed by the discharge processing unit; and a determining unit that determines deterioration of the battery based on the internal resistance value derived by the deriving unit. If a result of the detection discharge does not satisfy a predetermined condition, the discharge processing unit performs the detection discharge again for a current trip and the next trip of the vehicle, and if the result of the detection discharge satisfies the predetermined condition, the deriving unit derives the internal resistance value of the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
