Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely decompose unburned components and dioxine to obtain a harmless incinerated exhaust gas by providing a high temperature combustion equipment which diffuses and induces a gas generated from a waste due to a combustion gas in a combustion chamber, and heats the generated gas containing combustible components at a high temperature by adding preheated air.
SOLUTION: A blower 6 is operated and when high temperature combustion equipments 10, 11 have their temperature elevated, a waste M is charged onto a fire grate 7. Upon burning the waste M, gas is generated and this gas is elevated in the combustion chamber 2 and is sucked by a combustion gas from a burner combustion equipment 9. A portion of the generated gas is diffused and mixed with the combustion gas and preheated air supplied from an opening 25 of a mixer 21 and an opening of an enlarged diffusion induction equipment 22, is burned to obtain a high temperature, and then is supplied to a second high temperature combustion equipment 11. The remaining portion of the generated gas enters the combustion equipment 11, is diffused and mixed with preheated air supplied from the opening of the mixer and an opening of a narrowed diffusion induction equipment 32, and obtains a high temperature and is burned. Here, harmful substances such as dioxine or the like are decomposed and become a harmless incinerated gas.
