PURPOSE: To stably weave many crossing inclined fibers mainly required for weaving a high density four-axial woven fabric in a high speed by accurately operating a necessary loom in a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: An inclined fiber-revolving device comprises an elliptic chain having a parallel region synchronously revolved with a circularly revolved inclined fiber. A driving sprocket is disposed on the front of a turning point, and the turning point has the minimum radial. Insertion parts for holding the inclined fiber are attached to the chain. The inclined fiber- transferring and opening device comprises inclined fiber healds for transferring a forward travel inclined fiber row and a backward travel inclined fiber row in the mutually reverse directions and simultaneously opening the rows in the straight part, and for revolving the inclined fiber from the travel direction front end of the forward travel inclined fiber row to the travel direction rear end of the backward travel inclined fiber row or in the reverse direction in the turning part. Therein, the forward travel inclined fiber row and the backward travel inclined fiber are parallel to a warp row and placed in different levels. A revolution arm pivotally attached to a place approached from the revolution center of the inclined fiber heald to the center of the circle catches the inclined fiber heald at the end of the straight part of the forward travel inclined fiber row and transfers the caught heald to the turning part and the straight part of the backward travel inclined fiber row or to the reverse.
