Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the above sheet having a high degree of incombustibility and forming property, and excellent mechanical properties in both before and after a heat forming by using a thermosetting rosin having a specific curing characteristics.
SOLUTION: This incombustible sheet is a wet formed sheet containing (A) 60-95wt.% inorganic compound containing water, (8) 2-30wt.% cellulose fiber, (C) 0-20wt.% inorganic fiber and (D) 1-20wt.% thermosetting resin as solid Portions, and a whole or a part of the component (D) has curing characteristics of attaining 0.4-1.2kg/min curing speed at 175°C measured by a curastomer*. Further, it is preferable that the component (A) consists of at least one kind selected from aluminum hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, gypsum dihydrate, and calcium aluminate, and that the component (D) is any of a phenolic resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin, a urea melamine rosin and an unsaturated polyester resin. *curastometer; commercial name crastometer.
