Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform excellent heating of a raw material in a cylindrical body for a long time by a method wherein a partition wall on both surfaces of which a number of guide sheets are arranged at equal pitches in a state to be inclined at a given angle is rotatably contained in a cylindrical body in the two ends of which a charge port and a take-out port are formed.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 2 having one end in which a charge port 2A is formed and the other end in which a take-out port 2B is formed is supported rotatably around an axis 1, and the interior of the cylindrical body 2 is partitioned into two internal spaces by means of a partition wall 3 extending along the axis 1. The partition wall 3 is formed such that a number of guide sheets 4 are arranged at equal pitches in a state to be inclined at a given angle. The inclination is set such that, when the partition wall 3 is brought into a vertical state from a horizontal state, the upper end part of the guide plate 4 is positioned closer to the charge port 2A side than the lower end part thereof. This constitution lifts a raw material alternately by the two surfaces of the partition wall 3 along with rotation of the cylindrical body 2, moves the raw material to a take-out port 2B when the raw material is slid down along the guide sheet 4, and performs heating for a long time.
