To provide an indoor image and sound system which is a harmonious combination of an image system and a sound system, and which can provide image and sound with presence and three-dimensional effects, without becoming a source of noise to rooms next door or to the surrounding environment.

The indoor image and sound system comprises the image system A, having screen equipment 4 and an image outputting system 2 for outputting images to the screen equipment 4, and the sound system B having speaker equipment 8 for outputting the sound corresponding to the screen equipment 4 and a sound-outputting section 3 for outputting sound to the speaker equipment 8. The indoor image and sound system has a structure such that a box-like base 9 whose bottom face opens toward the floor is installed via a coil spring 11. A base speaker 6, which is one component of the speaker equipment 8 and emits sound in a bass band outputted from the sound outputting section 3, is stored inside the base 9. The base 9 is provided with a reflection board 12, for reflecting the sound outputted from the bass speaker 6 toward the rear surface of an upper surface section 9a of the base. The base 9 is supported with its floating due to the resiliency of the coil spring 11 with a space formed between the base 9 and a floor F.
