Title:
INDOOR MACHINE FOR AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3589184
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity at dehumidifying operation in cooling operation cycle in an air conditioner.
SOLUTION: In the indoor machine of the air conditioner installed at a lower place in a room, a utilizing side heat exchanger 6 and a reheating heat exchanger 7 are arranged so that the reheating heat exchanger 7 is positioned at the downstream side of the utilizing side heat exchanger 6 in the ventilating direction of a fan 5. According to such a constitution, indoor air is cooled and dehumidified in the utilizing side heat exchanger 6 upon the dehumidifying operation in the cooling operation cycle and, thereafter, the indoor air is reheated by the reheating heat exchanger 7 further whereby outlet air from the indoor machine becomes only dehumidified air while maintaining the suction temperature of the same and 'reheating drying operation' is realized whereby the stagnation of cold air at ones feet near a floor surface can be restrained previously and surely thereby improving the amenity at the dehumidifying operation remarkably.
