The support member 33 rotatably supports the horizontal flap 31 with respect to a casing 20. The plurality of vertical flaps 32 include large vertical flaps 32b and small vertical flaps 22a arranged in the places from which the distance thereof to the support member 33 is shortest and smaller than the large vertical flaps 32b.
