Abstract:
To provide a magnetic biased inductance element with Sr ferrite capable of being sintered at a comparatively low temperature and its manufacturing method.
In the inductance element, a permanent magnet 3 composed of Sr ferrite is installed to a magnetic layer 1 when the magnetic layer 1 and conductive layers 2 are laminated and formed by a printing laminating method. Sr ferrite contains low melting-point glass having a softening point of 900°C or lower, and the low-melting point glass is added at 5% or more at weight percentage in a total amount.
