Abstract:
To provide a laminated inductor for which Ba ferrite can be sintered at a low temperature and which can be miniaturized, and its manufacturing method.
An inductance element is formed by successively laminating a plurality of magnetic layers 1 and a plurality of conductive layers 2 by a printing laminating method, and containing permanent magnet layers 3 as parts of the magnetic layers 1. The permanent magnet layers 3 consisting of Ba ferrite composed of one kind or more of low melting-point glass being added so as to reach 5 wt.% or more to the total amount of the permanent magnet layers 3 and having a softening point of 900°C or higher.
