Title:
INDUCTION HEATING COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010123366
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an induction heating cooker in which a temperature of an object to be heated reaches a target temperature in a short period of time, and an abnormal increase of a transitional temperature with respect to the target temperature can be prevented, and preheating for increasing a temperature of a load to a suitable temperature for a short period of time can be carried out without special operation.

The induction heating cooker includes an infrared sensor 5 detecting an infrared ray irradiated from a cooking vessel 2 and transmitting a top plate 1. When an output of the infrared sensor 5 reaches a predetermined temperature set to 100C or higher while a control part 6 operates in a heating mode, an operation mode of the control part 6 is shifted to a preheating mode. Thereby, the preheating for increasing the temperature of the cooking vessel 2 to the suitable temperature in a short period of time can be performed, and operation for setting the preheating mode can be carried out automatically.
