Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and manage the property of an expensive industrial hydraulic oil.SOLUTION: Provided is an industrial oil property maintenance method and apparatus in which the hydraulic oil undergoes neutralization treatment by measuring the hydrogen ion concentration index of the hydraulic oil (aqueous solution) in the extraction path 17 of the neutralization treatment means 16 with the pH measuring means 24, and based on the measured value of the hydrogen ion concentration index, judging the property of the hydraulic oil with the property judging means 25, and based on the judgement result, controlling the delivery rate of the hydraulic oil to the ion exchange filter 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
