Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an industrial robot controller which can continue the rotational movements in a single direction with no limitation given to the rotational frequency of an auxiliary axis and also can surely perform the one-round welding with the satisfactorily high working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A deciding means is provided to detect a fact that the count value of a counter 13 which counts up with the pulse produced in response to the relative position change of an auxiliary axis 6 has reached a reference decision level set previously. Meanwhile a count value correction means corrects the count value of the counter 13 into the initial value set previously. Thus the count value Pd of the counter 13 never exceeds the number (n) of pulses produced from a position detector 5 per revolution of the axis 6. Therefore the value Pd never exceeds the maximum countable value of the counter 13. As a result, an industrial robot controller can continuously revolve.
