Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an influenza vaccine dry formulation which can maintain an activity of an influenza vaccine antigen stably even if stored without strict low-temperature control, and can be supplied stably, and to provide a method for producing the influenza vaccine dry formulation.SOLUTION: The invention provides an influenza vaccine dry formulation containing an influenza vaccine antigen and a disaccharide. The disaccharide is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of sucrose, maltose, palatinose, melibiose, isomalt, cellobiose, allolactose, isomaltose, sophorose, lactobionic acid, laminaribiose, xylobiose, turanose, gentiobiose, rutinose, kojibiose, nigerose, robinose, neohesperidose, sucralose, and maltitol.
