Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collation system where information is quickly and efficiently identified and is transferred with security.
SOLUTION: When a mobile phone dials a dial 119, an ID (identification information) of the mobile phone and the dial 119 notice are supplied to an area representative command facility 1A via a mobile telephone exchange 4. The area representative command facility 1A encrypts the ID and transmits the encrypted ID to a relay center 2, and the relay center 2 decides a position information system to be retrieved on the basis of the ID and transmits the encrypted ID to the decided position information system. The position information system returns the position information to the relay center 2, the relay center 2 discriminates whether or not the position denoted by the position information is under the control of the area representative command facility 1A, and transmits the position information or the like to the area representative command facility 1A, when the position is under its control. The relay center 2 transmits the outside control information to the area representative command facility 1A when the position is outside of the control, and the area representative command facility 1A transfers the ID to a command facility within the control according to the instruction.
