Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board for a bed constituted so as to be used as a place for small articles only by the bed.
SOLUTION: A top edge expanded part 6 which is expanded so as to be thicker than other part in the thickness direction of a board is provided on the top edge side of a head board 3 and a recess 7 to be usable as a place for small articles is provided in the top face of this top edge expanded part 6. The recess 7 is a long channel-like part with an enough width dimension for placing ordinary small articles such as glasses G and pens, bed fixtures such as a remote controller RC and a thermometer T and medical small articles as the small articles. In addition, the above-described top edge expanded part 6 and the recess 7 can be also provided in a foot board side.
