Abstract:
To provide an information collection and arrangement usage system using a vehicle, which detects different kinds of information through the use of the multiple vehicles running on a road, etc., collecting detecting information, performing analysis and arrangement based on the collected whole information and provides them to a user.
Information detected by an information detecting means which is arranged in each one of the multiple vehicles is collected from the vehicles, collected information are arranged as area information by preset specified area and/or information kind and area information is provided to the user by a cable, by radio wave or via a specified medium, etc.
