PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display using a program advertisement concerning any program with an easy operation.SOLUTION: An information display device comprises: a recording unit that records a program, and records program guide information as information on the program; a program advertisement information management unit that records program advertisement information related to a program advertisement supplied from a source different from that of the program guide information, and collates the program guide information with the program advertisement information to specify the program advertisement recorded in the recording unit; and a control unit that controls the program advertisement information management unit to control display using the program advertisement.
