PURPOSE: To facilitate inquiring about stock price data and to protect an information book by designating a settable identification number freely to the information book from each user.

CONSTITUTION: All data sent from a center device 1 or codes of all required brands are first stored in an information book 4 included in a nonvolatile memory 3. When the identification number set for individual is designated from an operating part 7, identification numbers registered on individual pages of the information book 4 corresponding to display parts 9 are retrieved from the memory 3, and control information of the brand code registered on the page of the information book which coincides with the designated number is expanded on a memory 5. If new information is received by the memory 5, it is displayed on display parts 9 through a memory 8 for display. Contents of pages of the information book whose identification numbers are registered are not changed unless identification numbers are designated.
