PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of workers required for a work for installing an imaging device used for monitoring.SOLUTION: A server 3 has: a picked-up image acquisition unit 331 that acquires a first picked-up image captured by an imaging device 1; a display controller 332 that displays the first picked-up image on a screen of an operation terminal; a position information acquisition unit 333 that acquires position information indicating a specified position in the first picked-up image, which is inputted at a portable terminal 2 on which the first picked-up image is displayed; and an information output unit 334 that outputs information indicating a relation between a position corresponding to the specified position in a second picked-up image captured by the imaging device 1 after the first picked-up image, and a center position of the second picked-up image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
