To execute a recognition task with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus detecting a target object included in an input image has: creation means that inputs the input image to a first learned model to create a likelihood map indicating the likelihood that the target object is present at respective positions in the input image; estimation means that inputs the input image and the likelihood map to a second learned model that has performed learning based on a recall ratio and a relevance ratio corresponding to the input image and the likelihood map, and thereby estimates a threshold; update means that updates the likelihood map based on the estimated threshold; and derivation means that derives the position of the target object in the input image based on the updated likelihood map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
