Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of recognition of motions of arms and the like made by a user as operations.SOLUTION: A determining unit (not shown) in a CPU 51 determines that a display unit 57 of a wrist terminal fitted on an arm of the user is in a reference state of taking a horizontal attitude, when an angle formed by the wrist terminal relative to the horizontal direction is within a threshold range. A motion recognizing unit 71 recognizes motions of devices of the wrist terminal 11 from the reference state. A threshold setting unit 73 variably sets a threshold according to time counted by a counter 74 and the motion state of the wrist terminal based on an acceleration value detected by an acceleration sensor unit 60.
