Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving security in input to a touch panel.SOLUTION: A program according to one embodiment causes a computer to execute processing for identifying an area and a layer in which a detection object is present among a plurality of areas and a plurality of layers on the basis of variation of capacitance in a detection space of a capacitance type touch panel. Different areas on a surface of the touch panel are associated with the plurality of areas. In addition, distance or ranges of the distance from the surface of the touch panel to a vertical direction are associated with the plurality of layers so as not to overlap one another. The program further causes the computer to execute processing for storing patterns of variation of the layer and the area in which the detection object is present in the detection space after an instruction of authentication start is input in a storage section. In addition, the program causes the computer to execute processing for determining authentication success when the pattern of variation to be stored in the storage section matches to a predetermined pattern.
