Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve customer interactions with a single employee terminal, even if there are a plurality of types of client terminals becoming provision destinations of a predetermined service.SOLUTION: An operator terminal 14 includes a first processing section executing the processing of video chat by using WebRTC, and a second processing section executing the processing of video chat by not using the WebRTC. A video chat server 12 provides a video chat content not using the WebRTC or a video chat content using the WebRTC to a client terminal 16 depending on the type thereof. The video chat server 12 provides a video chat content executed by the first processing section or a video chat content executed by the second processing section to operator terminal 14 depending on the type of the client terminal 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
