A server 4 (an information processing device) includes at least: an exercise load calculation unit 23 that calculates, using environment information of a reference course, a difference between a first exercise load to be imposed on the user who is exercising using a training device 6 and a second exercise load to be imposed on the user who exercises in a reference course, according to the environment information of the reference course; and an exercise support information generation unit 24 that generates exercise support information including setting adjustment information of the training device 6 for adjusting the first exercise load closer to the second exercise load, according to the calculation result of the exercise load calculation unit 23.
