A server 4 (an information processing device) includes at least: an exercise load calculation unit 25 that calculates, using environment information of a course where a user is exercising and environment information of a reference course, a difference between a first exercise load to be imposed to the user and a second exercise load to be imposed to the user when the user exercises in the reference course; an exercise information correction unit 26 that corrects at least one of a course and a time where and when the user exercises, according to the calculation result of the exercise load calculation unit 25; and an exercise support information generation unit 27 that generates exercise support information for supporting the exercise of the user, including information corrected by the exercise information correction unit 26.
