PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of estimating a commodity category corresponding to an inputted query.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of this invention, an information processing device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring information of a query inputted to a commodity retrieval page for performing electronic transactions, and information clicked in a commodity recommendation page in accordance with the input of the query; a category estimation part for referring to the information acquired by the acquisition part, and estimating a commodity category corresponding to the query on the basis of a relationship between the query and the clicked commodity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
