Abstract:
To accurately estimate active power and the like of loads of consumers as well as active power of a power generating installation.SOLUTION: There is provided an information processing device 2 that estimates, in a prescribed section of a power system 1, the state of the power system including a plurality of any of a consumer A having a load, a consumer B having a power generating installation of a surplus purchase contract target, and a consumer C having a power generating installation of a total amount purchase contract target, including: a first calculation unit that calculates active power and reactive power; a second calculation unit that, based on classification information indicating to which of the consumers A to C each of consumers corresponds and a measured value of a watt-hour meter of each of the consumers, calculates active power of any of the respective consumers; and a first estimation unit that, based on a first ratio of active power of the consumer A and the consumer B, a second ratio of active power of the power generating installations of the consumer B and the consumer C, a power factor of the power generating installations, active power and reactive power, and active power of any of the respective consumers, estimates a state including active power and reactive power of a load in the prescribed section and active power of the power generating installations in the prescribed section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
