Abstract:
To improve determination accuracy of whether an object to be inspected is present or absent by an inspection kit based on an antigen antibody inspection method.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 comprises a storage unit 14 which stores original image data of a reaction cassette detecting whether a substance to be inspected is present or absent by reacting a reagent and a specimen and a program for processing the original image and determining whether the substance to be inspected is present or absent, and a processor 11 which executes the program. Program execution causes the processor to execute: means for identifying a color space value of a pixel in a reference line appearing in a reference region and a color space value of a pixel in a region between the reference region and a determination region; means for normalizing a color space value on a pixel in a determination line between a color space value on the pixel in the reference line and a color space value on a pixel in a region between the reference region and the determination region; and means for determining whether the substance to be inspected is present or absent on the basis of the color space vale on the pixel in the normalized determination line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
