PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a use condition of a user not having a terminal capable of detecting position information in a reservation target area.SOLUTION: An information processing device connected to a reservation management server through a network comprises: an existence detection unit for detecting whether a user exists in a reservation target area on the basis of the detection of an environment change in the reservation target area or a use condition of an apparatus mounted and installed in the reservation target area; and a reservation information control unit for acquiring a determination result by a use condition processing unit.
