PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the appropriate performance of content reproduction and power consumption suppression in accordance with the input operation of a user and display contents, etc.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a content acquisition unit for acquiring contents including dynamic information and static information; a content analysis unit for distinguishably acquiring user input event processing to be operated in response to a user input included in the dynamic information and time reference event processing to be operated with time passage as reference from the acquired contents; and an input unit. When the user input event processing has not been started for a predetermined time or more by the instruction input of a user in a state where the acquired contents are reproduced and the dynamic information is operated, the operation of the time reference event processing being operated is stopped to shift a state into a power saving state. When the user input event processing is started by the instruction input after the shift to the power saving state, the operation of the time reference event processing being stopped is restarted.
