To provide an information processing system, a method, and a program that can communicate with a plurality of parties.SOLUTION: In a nursing care system 1000, when receiving a connection request based on connection button selection of a first terminal device, a control unit of an information processing device 100 calls each of set communication terminal devices of a plurality of users via wireless communication. When a first user of the plurality of users (caregivers) answers the call, the control unit terminates the calls to other users, and connects the first terminal device (communication device 110) and the communication terminal device of the first user, thereby enabling communication. When receiving an additional connection request from the communication terminal device of the first user, the control unit, based on connection destination information included in the additional connection request, connects the first terminal device, and the communication terminal device of the first user, and the communication terminal device of a second user, thereby enabling communication between the user of the first terminal device, the first user, and the second user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
