PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically rotate a model in a direction that can prevent a warp from occurring without requiring a trouble of a model operation or a complicated calculation by a user.SOLUTION: An information processing unit includes: a contact area calculation part configured to calculate a contact area of a 3D model; an adhesive force calculation part configured to calculate an adhesive force generated at a contact surface of the 3D model; a rotation control part configured to rotate the 3D model in a desired direction; a bending-up force calculation part configured to calculate a bending-up force generated when the 3D model is formed in a specific direction; and an orientation searching part configured to search an orientation of a model in which a generated bending-up force is smaller than an adhesive force from the contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
