PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of allowing an appropriate diversity to an item which is extracted based on a score by allowing a fluctuation to the score of the item.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a score acquisition section that acquires a score of an item; a fluctuation addition section that adds a fluctuation to the score; a condition information acquisition section that acquires a piece of condition information representing a condition of a user of the item; and a fluctuation control unit that controls, based on the condition information, whether or not the fluctuation should be added or the level of the fluctuation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
