To provide an information providing device capable of accurately providing information, a moving body, and an information providing method.SOLUTION: An information providing device 12 includes: an external world information acquisition unit 58 for acquiring external world information indicating an external situation of a mobile body 10; a determination unit 60 for determining, based on the external world information, an attention target that is a target for which attention is required more than a predetermined degree by an occupant when the mobile body is driven; and an information providing control unit 62 for performing control so that notification sound having a right/left or front/rear sound pressure difference around the occupant is output from a speaker according to a direction of the attention target determined by the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
