Abstract:
To provide a user with various information on a customer service member's initiative by coordinating browsing of a Web page by a client device and a call with the customer service member.
In an information providing system 100; a server device 120 transmits a client identifier to a client device 110 together with providing a Web page, the client device transmits the client identifier to a call guiding device 130 together with performing a voice communication request, and the call guiding device performs an information providing instruction for the server device to provide a new Web page to the client device during voice communication establishment by using the client identifier received from the client device.
