To provide an information reporting system that allows a user to easily search for various conditions and understand search results, an electronic pen, and a method of reporting information.

The information reporting system 1 has: an atlas 50 where patterns capable of being converted into coordinate values indicating positions on the atlas 50 serving as a printing medium are printed; a pen device 10 serving as a reading unit for reading the patterns and outputting the data obtained; a navigation device 30 serving as a data conversion unit for converting the data obtained into primary information by use of a conversion table that tags the data obtained by the pen device 10 to the primary information, forming secondary information out of a database storing the data associated with the primary information and the primary information, and reporting the secondary information to the pen device 10 serving as the reading unit; and an LCD 15 or a speaker 16 serving as a reporting unit for reporting the secondary information to the user.
