To reproduce and listen to voice information about visual information or tactile information recorded on a recording medium such as paper at an optional place as necessary by providing a signal conversion part in the supporting part of an information recording body and bringing a voice information detection means into contact with the signal conversion part.

A piezoelectric element 21 is provided on the inside of either cover 2 of a file 1 made of vinyl chloride so that its periphery is surrounded by a protection plate 27 made of urethane foam and having the same thickness as the element 21, and the lead wire 26 of the element 21 is attachably/ detachably connected to a driving part 10. The driving part 10 is formed to be a cylinder and coupled with the back of the file 1 through an eyelet. A dry battery 12 is internally provided as a driving power source, and the voice information detected by a bar code reader 17 connected to, jacks 11 provided at both ends of the driving part 10 is amplified by an amplifier 15 through a D/A conversion part 14 internally, provided in the driving part 10 and further impressed on the element 21 via the lead wire 26 after it is boosted by a booster coil 13.
