A user inputs a voice to a voice input part 101. The inputted voice is sent to a voice recognizing part 102 and the recognized result of the voice recognizing part 102 is sent to a recognized result deciding part 104. In the recognized result deciding part 104, the inputted recognized result is compared with the storing contents of an additional word storage part 110 and the inputted recognized result and the compared result are sent to an interactive control part 105. When the recognized result being not the additional word is delivered to the interactive control part 105, whether or not a voice output part 108 is outputting the voice guidance is checked and, when the voice output part 108 is outputting the guidance, the stop instruction is sent to the voice output part 108.
