In the information terminal apparatus for making radio communication with the predetermined radio communication base station, the information for the location in which the radio communication base station exists is previously recorded to a secondary storage unit 40, the present location is detected with a location detecting unit 50, the radio communication base station for connection at the present location is selected with the CPU11 based on the present location detected with the location detecting unit 50 and the information of the location where the radio communication base station exists recorded to the secondary storage unit 40, and radio communication is conducted with the radio communication base station selected with the CPU11 using a radio communication unit 70.
