Title:
INFRARED ABSORPTION ANALYSIS METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011102703
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To extract an oil component from a measuring sample, selectively with high efficiency, and without using a harmful reagent, and to execute easily quality evaluation such as saponification value analysis or acid value analysis.

In analysis of an oil component adhering onto a solid sample surface or an oil component included in a liquid sample, when performing oil component extraction by supercritical fluid, the oil component is extracted selectively with high efficiency by using an extraction auxiliary agent wherein all hydrogens bonded to carbons are substituted by deuteriums. Easy and highly-accurate characteristic evaluation of the oil component becomes possible by measuring infrared absorption of the extracted oil component. Since management of a rolling oil, a machine oil or the like can be performed easily and accurately, operation troubles can be reduced, and improvement of yield, elongation of a life time of a facility, and energy saving can be expected by managing lubrication properly.
