Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an IR radiator prepared by thermal spraying and consisting of a thermally sprayed film enhanced in density and IR emissivity.
CONSTITUTION: In the functional material having IR emissivity, the IR radiator is prepared by thermal spraying, and a thermally sprayed garnet film is formed on the surface of a substrate. Meanwhile, the thermally sprayed film can be formed with a garnet raw sand as the spraying material or with a garnet sludge as the spraying material.
