Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the sensitivity and responsiveness by effectively absorbing heat of incident infrared-rays.
CONSTITUTION: A light receiving part of a light receiving electrode 3 to be installed in a light receiving face 2 of a pyroelectric thin film element 1 is made to have the same shape with that of a light receiving face 2 and the whole face of the light receiving face 2 is coated to eliminate exposed parts in the light receiving face 2 and a leading out electrode 5 having a detection part 6 is installed in a leading out side on the opposite to the light receiving face 2 of the pyroelectric thin film element 1.
